Hours Export
The hours export gives your payroll provider (tilitoimisto) the hours they need to run TES payroll in their own system. It is available on every plan. On the Core plan it is how hours leave Vuoro.
Where to find it
Open a payroll period from Payroll and use the Hours for your payroll provider card. Company admins and accounting users can download it. The buttons are enabled once the period is locked, so the hours can no longer change. To correct something, unlock the period, fix it and lock it again.
| Button | What you get |
|---|---|
| Summary per employee | One row per employee: worked hours, hours per premium band, sick hours and days, leave days by type. |
| Daily rows | One row per shift (date, start, end, unpaid breaks, hours, premium bands), plus one row per approved leave day. |
What the columns mean
- Worked hours use your timesheet rounding, the same hours Vuoro's payroll would pay.
- Premium bands are hours, not euros: evening and night (split by whether they fall on a Sunday or public holiday, when the allowance is doubled), Sunday and public-holiday hours, and hours worked on V, X, AP and TS days. They are calculated exactly as Vuoro's own payroll calculates them.
- Sick hours and days come from sick-leave entries. Sick time is not included in worked hours.
- Leave is counted in calendar days per type (annual leave, AP day off, unpaid, other). The daily file lists the exact dates.
- Shifts that were cancelled are left out. Cancellation compensation is a payroll calculation.
:::note Not included The file has no euro amounts and no overtime classification. Overtime under the TES depends on the equalization period and is calculated by your payroll provider, or by Vuoro on the Core + Payroll plan. :::
The file uses the Finnish spreadsheet convention (semicolons, decimal comma) and opens directly in Excel. The first line is a note about what is not included.
