Feedback Management
Company admins can review and triage all user-submitted feedback from the admin feedback page.
Accessing Feedback
Navigate to Feedback in the sidebar (visible only to company admins). The page displays a table of all feedback submitted by users across the organization.
Feedback Table
Each row shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the feedback was submitted. |
| Type | Bug, Idea, or Other. |
| User | Email address of the person who submitted it. |
| Description | The feedback text (truncated in the table). |
| Page | Which page the user was on when they submitted. |
| Status | Current triage status. |
Click any row to expand it and see the full description, browser information, and metadata.
Filtering
Use the dropdown filters above the table to narrow results:
- Type -- show only bugs, ideas, or other.
- Status -- show only new, reviewed, done, or dismissed items.
Updating Status
Each feedback item has a status that can be updated directly in the table:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just submitted, not yet reviewed. |
| Reviewed | Someone has looked at it. |
| Done | The issue has been addressed or the idea has been implemented. |
| Dismissed | Not actionable or a duplicate. |
Click the status dropdown in any row to change it.
Slack Notifications
If configured, a Slack message is sent automatically each time new feedback is submitted. This keeps the team aware without needing to check the admin page.
