Feedback Management

Company admins can review and triage all user-submitted feedback from the admin feedback page.

Accessing Feedback

Navigate to Feedback in the sidebar (visible only to company admins). The page displays a table of all feedback submitted by users across the organization.

Feedback Table

Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
DateWhen the feedback was submitted.
TypeBug, Idea, or Other.
UserEmail address of the person who submitted it.
DescriptionThe feedback text (truncated in the table).
PageWhich page the user was on when they submitted.
StatusCurrent triage status.

Click any row to expand it and see the full description, browser information, and metadata.

Filtering

Use the dropdown filters above the table to narrow results:

  • Type -- show only bugs, ideas, or other.
  • Status -- show only new, reviewed, done, or dismissed items.

Updating Status

Each feedback item has a status that can be updated directly in the table:

StatusMeaning
NewJust submitted, not yet reviewed.
ReviewedSomeone has looked at it.
DoneThe issue has been addressed or the idea has been implemented.
DismissedNot actionable or a duplicate.

Click the status dropdown in any row to change it.

Slack Notifications

If configured, a Slack message is sent automatically each time new feedback is submitted. This keeps the team aware without needing to check the admin page.
